Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-02-04
FutureFlow (“we”, “us”) provides a managed personal AI assistant service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Contact info: name, email, and any details you share in our intake form.
- Account access you choose to grant: for example Gmail/Calendar/Notion/Slack/Telegram.
- Operational data: logs needed to keep automations running (errors, workflow run metadata).
- Content you ask the assistant to process: for example email snippets, tasks, notes. We only access what’s required to deliver the workflows you request.
How we use information
- To set up and run your workflows.
- To provide support and troubleshoot issues.
- To improve reliability (for example, monitoring and break/fix).
AI providers and third parties
Some workflows send limited data to third-party services (for example, large language model providers) to generate outputs. We aim to minimize what is shared and follow least-privilege principles.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. If you cancel, you can request deletion of your data, subject to reasonable operational and legal constraints.
Your choices
- You can request a summary of what we have stored for your workspace.
- You can revoke integrations at any time (for example, disconnect Gmail/Calendar).
- You can ask us to stop specific workflows or change approval rules.
Security
We use guardrails, approvals, and least-privilege access. No system is perfect, but we design for safety and reliability.
