FutureFlow (“we”, “us”) provides a managed personal AI assistant service. By using FutureFlow, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
- Setup of selected workflows (as scoped in your quote).
- Monitoring and maintenance (monthly) for the configured workflows.
- Human-in-the-loop approvals when configured.
Not financial, legal, or medical advice
Outputs may include suggestions or drafts. They are for informational purposes only and are not professional advice. You are responsible for final decisions and actions.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
- You must have the right to grant access to any accounts/integrations you connect.
- You should review outputs before sending, publishing, purchasing, or taking high-stakes actions.
Approvals and guardrails
We can configure workflows to require your approval before actions like sending messages, creating calendar events, or making edits. You control your approval settings.
Payments
- Setup work is typically billed with a deposit (often 50%) before work begins.
- Monthly support is billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend service for abuse, non-payment, or security risks. You can request export/deletion of data upon cancellation subject to reasonable operational constraints.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month.
